Ann has more than twenty-five years’ experience providing executive coaching services. Her diverse client base consists of organizations in construction, manufacturing, nonprofit, retail, finance, insurance, service, health care, environmental consulting, education, and the professional trade.

She creates a rich and fun learning environment for her clients. Her subtle humor coupled with her southern charm belies her powerful message of empowerment and inspiration. As a “recovering perfectionist,” Ann has learned perfection is impossible. It is a pursuit with diminishing returns. She now operates on the premise that excellence is good enough. She accomplishes more with ease and flow instead of struggling to achieve important goals.

As co-owner of a construction business in a challenging industry, Ann experienced firsthand the importance of running your business with confidence. Leadership is an inside job.

Since 2011, Ann has served as the chapter chair of the Women Presidents Organization in Columbia SC. WPO is a membership organization of highly successful women who each own and/or run multimillion dollar businesses. At monthly round tables Ann facilitates greatness to help the members find new innovative solutions and opportunities for their company.

Established to build strong relationships with her three granddaughters, Ann founded “Grammie Camp.” This highly rated and internationally acclaimed day camp has been providing adventures, life lessons, and fun for over a decade. Their escapades even included high tea where fashionable hats were required and educational jaunts to the Anne Frank Center at UofSC.

We are on the other side of the transition and I must thank you for this. You have changed the face of the business and me personally.

CEO
International distribution company

Ann Elliott helped us redefine our mission and improve our profitability. She accurately and quickly assessed the corporate culture. She helped RMC draw a road map to success. The map I was using prior to The Berkana Company led me in circles! My work is more fun now.

Chris Ray, CEO
Receivables Management Corporation

I’ve worked with Ann for well over a year. In one of our most recent sessions, Ann was able to help me successfully work with three blocks that have been an issue on and off for years. First, was negative self talk, which tended to show itself at the worst times, as in trying to fall asleep. Second was making best use of my time. I was finding that many days, I would finish my work in a few hours, and not be terribly productive with the balance of the day. working with Ann, I made some changes that have juiced my ambition, and I find myself doing a better job of planning out more productive days, getting more done and getting more of the right things done. Finally working on isolation (I am an introvert) I have begun to reach out to several people each month for lunch or coffee dates. All in all, I would say some very successful and rewarding coaching sessions.
